Organic farming

South Tyrolean orchards and vineyards Agriculture is our main trade and we’re more than happy to share our passion for farming with you. We plant apple orchards of different kinds and have 2.5 ha of different vineyards in Andriano. This also includes the forest around the Castle, two small meadows, chestnut trees, a gurgling brook and scenic outposts. We switched to organic farming in 1996 and we’ve never looked back.
